My mother is in her 60's (all natural) and looks better than Madonna - but then she takes care of herself and hasn't live Madges lifestyle. I love Madge, but PEOPLE - this is result of hard living and bad surgery.
I will NEVER, EVER, get plastic surgery because inevitably people look worse for it. I think God knows what he's doing with the aging process.

It's not photoshop. I mentioned long ago that her plastic surgeon - YES - I know who he is - told me she's very plain, drab w/out make-up, as we all are. We were at a bar in SF together and he dished this to me. Confidentiality is not a big deal when you've had a few drinks and saying she looks plain and drab is not a big deal anyway. She looks like she's deliberately starving herself because she needs to stay in the headlines somehow since her CD is falling rapidly down the charts, in spite of JT, etc. Her marriage wavers and Angelina's twins' charity photos are coming out soon. My mom is in her 50's and she looks way better than Madonna. She is about 15 pounds overweight but when you're older it actually fills your face out more and you look prettier. Poor Madonna. I have a feeling no matter which way she'd turn, she'd look pretty bad. It wasn't just the photo shot at that particular moment. She looks gaunt and her arms look awful. This isn't photoshop. I used to work for a plastic surgeon. I can't confirm this, of course, but she has the tell tale signs of having Fat Buckle extraction, which is where she had the fat padding in her cheeks, removed. She may have had it done a while ago, but as you get older, your face becomes more drawn out and we NEED that padding to look healthy. I am sure that she must have had that done at one point, and now she's going to WISH she had that fat back. She looks absolutely frightening here.
