HERE YA GO!!!A witness tells us he heard a loud crash around 245 AM, then the sound of Shia's truck rolling over. The witness said he heard what he thought was a girl screaming "F**k," among other things.

When he got down to scene, Shia was already out of the car and the female riding with him was crawling out of the drivers side of the truck. The truck was smoking, making noise and still running. The driver of the other car was also out of the car by this time.

Shia and the female stood over by a wall while people were checking to see if everyone was okay. The witness said unlike most of the wrecks he's seen in the dangerous intersection, no one was cursing or yelling at each other. It took the cops 4-5 minutes to arrive at the scene.

Two ambulances — along with one fire truck — showed up, and all parties involved walked to an ambulance unassisted. There were no breathalyzers or tests done at the scene."

Those of you that wish he had died are just as big of douches as he is! There is no denying that drunk driving is a horrible thing to do, but to wish someone dead? That is just sick. My ex boyfriend is literally trapped in his own body, unable to walk, talk, and has a feeding tube due to being hit by a drunk driver. Even still after going through many years of watching him try to rehabilitate, none of us EVER wished death upon the person that hit him, because we know that the living with that hanging over his head for the rest of his life is punishment enough God Bless your pathetic souls!

I work in the insurance industry and find it ridiculous that someone would wish death upon this person because he was drunk driving. He made a mistake, and what most of you don't realize is that thousands of people make that mistake daily. That doesn't make it any better, but would you wish for you mother, father, sibling, or best friend dead? Because that could have been them! I work in an industry where I deal with deaths from car accidents daily, I deal with drunk drivers, and people injured by drunk drivers.. and at no point ever have I wished death upon ANY of them! The Luxor headlining illusionist was recorded having quite the verbal altercation with Joe Monti, one of his magic producers on Wednesday, during which Angel is heard threatening to knock him out - and now he's had a police report filed against him!
