      If a president leaves office with a deficit like that, they should have to somehow hand over all their money and assets to the government as payback.       i just recently found out that the effects of what a president does, does not appear until 4-8 years after he enforces whatever they law or change may be, which is during the next presidency, and many people pay credit to that president. so clinton passed so much shit that looked good for him but fucked bush over when he got into presidency because it brought the economy down, under his belt. i'm not stating support for or against on any case, or whether he had any cause or not to any decline in our economy. it's a fact for some people who may not know. either way, it's not looking good for anyone.
