The bad news first.

Crackhead Amy Winehouse was rushed via ambulance to the emergency room in London on Monday night.

The good news: she's not dead!

That's the scene outside her house as the singer was cloaked from the paparazzi on her way to the ambulance.

Wino was hospitalized just weeks ago for early stages emphysema.

Hopefully this stint in the E.R. is related to that!

She has an amazing voice. It's really different and unique which is really refreshing. If only she could pull her life back together and make a big comeback. I think we'd all love to see that. What a huge waste of emergency resources, time, money…..ugh. I'm sorry she's had a miserable childhood/life or whatever she says is the reason she slices her arms and drugs herself up to oblivion. But, all the money and resources — that ambulance, all the medics, and the hospital room– everything taken up to save this woman from herself (yet again) is all wasted. There are other people out there (people who WANT to live) who need these same services and don't get them in time because of too many dopeheads taking up too much of our emergency resources.
