Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Patridge was hanging out with Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt on Friday night.
"They were all hanging out at the Sidekick party in Hollywood for the launch of Tony Hawk's new Sidekick," a source tells us. "They were filming for the hills for over an hour and acting all friendly."

I would never do that to one of my good friends, hang out with an enemy, it is disrespectful!!! I value good friends more than anything and they are hard to find! Unless of course audrina and lauren aren't that great of friends, if I wasn't best friends with someone then yeah, I probably would hang out with the enemy.
