In a new interview with Hello magazine, the actress says:
"If they had been concieved through IVF, we would have been happy to discuss it. But we have been fortunate never to have had fertility problems."

The twins have nothing to do with his sperm. They are fraternal so she had simply produced two eggs that month and he successfully fertilized both. I'm not surprised they didn't use IVF, twins aren't that strange to have naturally.

they did not have IVF but Angelina was taking CLOMID which stimulates the production of more eggs per month, hence increasing the odds of multiples. So yes, the twins were probably CONCEIVED natrually but Angelina taking clomid is why twins resulted and clomid is taken usually by women who cannot get pregnant easily by themselves as was speculated regarding Angelina's low body weight at the time.
FYI….twins have nothing to do with the father. Fraternal twins (vivi & knox) are from Angie ovulating two eggs. Identical twins are from one fertilized egg splitting.

Twins are extreamly uncommon, she is horrifically thin, and works out too much there is no way that she conceived without some medical assistance. They were out of the country so they could get the drugs without having the U.S. paps find out, but she DEFINITLY at minimum took fertility meds.

Identical twins do not run in families, they are spontaneous and random (One egg is fertilized with two sperm).
