Last year, former TV actress Mischa Barton was arrested for a DUI, though that hasn't stopped her from drinking again - drinking hard.
Just last week, Mushy attended the Oakley/Muscle Milk's X Games bash at the Key Club.
And according to reports, she got way wasted!
Thankfully, this time around she didn't drive home.
She was probably too drunk to remember where she lives!
It's still hypocritical of her to be drinking. Especially since Fartone claims to be sober.
In an interview with Britain's Marie Claire magazine, Mushy talks about for DUI arrest, saying "The thing is, I hate drunk drivers. Living in L.A., I can't stand them, and that's why I was so disappointed in myself. I wanted to prove to the court that I would take it completely seriously, so I went to rehab to prove I was sober.

That's a fabrication and for someone who claims to just be reporting Hollywood escapades, you elaborate to the n'th degree and falsify information to suit your juvenile vendettas against certain entertainers. It's twisted, and it only emphasizes the fact that you're a failed entertainer yourself, which is why you chose to look from the outside in and report on the people who were talented enough to make a career for themselves in the industry.
My theory? You probably approached Mischa at a club 5 years ago and tried to strike up a conversation and worm your way inside her personal life to later report about your findings on your blog, but it didn't work. Mischa got dropped by CAA shortly after she failed to promote her movie in Cannes. It was also around this time that she was replaced by Maggie Grace in Malice in Sunderland, a film she had been attached to for two years.

Rehab doesn't work very well when you go for less then 30 days, as is evidenced by the multitudes of celebrities who are court ordered to treatment, and head straight to the bars once they are discharged after 28 days. Hollywood takes sobriety about as seriously as they do marriage.
The thing is, this is not the first report of her being wasted. There have been several sightings in the last few months. Being occasionally drunk is fine, but having these constant sightings of her drunk especially after her DUI is not good.

I don't get why people are so surprised when they read about a girl her age drinking excessively. I just finished college and was drunk at least 50% of the time, which considering the school I went to doesn't come close to qualifying as over doing it. People need to stop expecting celebrities to be jesus reincarnated and learn to accept them as human beings. My name is Janie and I am best freinds with Mischa's sister, Zoe. I'm always on here looking for things about Mischa, because it's funny how true some of them are. I just don't like her because she is very rude to her sisters and she acts like she is so much better then them. Well, one day I over heard her mom and dad arguing over her about her being into all these hard drugs, and said something about "her baby." I don't reaaly know if it means she IS or WAS pregnant. Are there any other pregnancies rumors out there? Zoe doesn't know anything but what I told her. She says Mischa denies it, but has been acting really weird. So I don't know.
