And according to reports, she got way wasted!
Thankfully, this time around she didn't drive home.
She was probably too drunk to remember where she lives!
It's still hypocritical of her to be drinking. Especially since Fartone claims to be sober.
In an interview with Britain's Marie Claire magazine, Mushy talks about for DUI arrest, saying "The thing is, I hate drunk drivers. Living in L.A., I can't stand them, and that's why I was so disappointed in myself. I wanted to prove to the court that I would take it completely seriously, so I went to rehab to prove I was sober.

My theory? Rehab doesn't work very well when you go for less then 30 days, as is evidenced by the multitudes of celebrities who are court ordered to treatment, and head straight to the bars once they are discharged after 28 days. Hollywood takes sobriety about as seriously as they do marriage.
The thing is, this is not the first report of her being wasted. There have been several sightings in the last few months. Being occasionally drunk is fine, but having these constant sightings of her drunk especially after her DUI is not good.

I just finished college and was drunk at least 50% of the time, which considering the school I went to doesn't come close to qualifying as over doing it. My name is Janie and I am best freinds with Mischa's sister, Zoe. I'm always on here looking for things about Mischa, because it's funny how true some of them are.
