If you were to actually read the article they are not saying that she had work done. They are saying that the heart shape angles of her face are what many people are trying to achieve in their own appearance and how that is the new standard for looks now.
It's all speculation. I don't believe she's gotten half of the procedures people claim she has. She's a beautiful woman that takes good care of herself. Not everyone has, or needs, plastic surgery to be beautiful. Go ahead and be jealous, but, some woman truly are naturally beautiful.

Madge wouldn't be the cover model for plastic surgery on a major NY Magazine if she hadn't had significant work done. Look at shots of her face from earlier days- clearly this is not the result of natural aging and "taking care" of ones self.
I like Madonna but for heaven's sake even on the cover of this magazine those dark roots are still evident. They are overdue to be done.

Why does it matter if she had plastic surgery or not? If I have the money when I am older and need facial work I will have it done. Why age physically if you don't have too?
