Ryan Seacrest's E! News co-host, Giuliana Rancic, has filed suit against her former agents at the William Morris Agency.
Her legal team is claiming "breach of contract and fiduciary duty".
Rancic's lawyer says, "They put the interests of other clients they had ahead of hers. It was a major conflict of interest, so she fired them. She's claiming all money back that she paid them and damages in the millions."
Wonder what effed up shiz her old agents pulled?!
Rancic is now repped by William Morris rival CAA.

Sounds like she's pissed because they were putting better actresses up for parts. She sounds like one of those people who can't understand that their looks are the only reason anybody hired them. She should just enjoy the ride and put lots of money in her savings account for the day she gets her first crows feet and they fire her.

Is it me or does Giuliana look like the MAJOR BITCH type? She seems like the type of person who thinks her job is so important and that she is sooo important. Someone who works in a store that she was shopping at even said that she is a major bitch. And why does she even need an agent? And millions in damages? She is not worth millions! And do they think that she is more important than other clients?

she is very smart and is involved in many projects already, she is not only the co-host of E news but she is also a producer, she used to be one of the biggest and more representatives images of E but since Ryan is there she is shinning less and less, she needs to make a good career move and get back on track! I really like her but i think she is being a bit too greedy, she is already into a lot of things!
