Since January, he’s stuck to his New Year’s resolution to slim down: Hilton, 30, has meals delivered by the 5-Factor Diet and does cardio and weights with two different trainers. "It’s important to shake things up," he says.

Hilton doesn’t know his weight, but says he now has a 36-inch waist: "At my heaviest, I told my tailor not to tell me my size." Though happy where he is, Hilton isn’t stopping. He tells Us, "I wouldn’t mind having David Beckham’s body!"

Criss Angel Is Recorded Threatening To Knock Out His Producer!

Whoa! Criss Angel is NOT messing around here!

The Luxor headlining illusionist was recorded having quite the verbal altercation with Joe Monti, one of his magic producers on Wednesday, during which Angel is heard threatening to knock him out - and now he's had a police report filed against him!

Furthermore, Monti later said to authorities that he recorded the meeting because Angel has a history of bullying employees!

He explains:

“I wanted him to know how demeaning he was. I created 50-60 percent of the magic for ‘Mindfreak.' I have no reason to do anything vindictively but I draw the line on violence.”
