He's free from this headache!

Deborah Curling was a former production assistant at CBS for the Price is Right.

In October, she sued Bob Barker, CBS and the production company FremantleMedia North America, claiming she faced retaliation after testifying against the former host in a previous wrongful termination lawsuit.

Curling's suit claimed that for most of her 24 years with the show, she was in a "pleasant working environment."

However, she says she was demoted after testifying against Barker in the previous lawsuit by one of the show's former production assistants.

But luckily a judge has just dismissed allegations against Bob Barker in Curling's wrongful termination suit, with the judge concluding that Barker was not Curling's boss.

So since Barker wasn't her employer the judge tentatively dismissed several claims against the retired host.

Curling's attorney can amend the complaint to try and prove that Barker inflicted emotional distress, but we'll see if that happens.

The judge also dismissed several claims that Curling brought against FremantleMedia. However, he will give Curling's attorney another chance to argue they should be included.

The amount of money Curling is seeking is not specified, but we're sure she's asking for a lot.
