Despite being subpoenaed by authorities, Mary-Kate Olsen won't have to testify in the investigation on Heath Ledger's accidental overdose.
Why????
Because authorities have just closed the case.
Lucky break for M.K.O., who had requested immunity before testifying.
No charges have been filed against anyone in relation to Ledger's death.
How he obtained all those illegal prescription meds remains a mystery!

how did he get illegal prescription drugs? the same way others do- find a dr. that will write a script for $$$, buy a forged script, send your assistant to the dr. and get his/her scripts, send out to some of these international pharmacies or buy them from the street. It is not hard at all if you have money and/or have followers.
