I have a friend that works in DC and she said that Laura has not been living in the White House for some time now and that W has started drinking again. She also said that after the new president is elected Laura is going to file for divorce. Who knows, I always thought Laura was a Stepford Wife anyway (not capable of thinking or acting without instruction from someone else). I could care less about these two and what happens to them.

This is obviously false. Just as every other story printed in this smutty magazine is. It's true– I agree, Obama214, it IS nauseating that it must have a fan base or it would have been out of print a LONG time ago. Lies, lies, lies, and more lies. Just like that Edwards story, I'm guessing. Anyone who thinks it's true and is writing things like "I know, my friend who works in D.C….", or "Finally! I knew it!"… get your head out of the ground. This magazine is known for one thing and one thing only: false stories. And also: who cares? Just b/c your friend works in D.C. doesn't mean she knows everything. I'm sure there are more of us who know a lot more about the government and the president (and work alongside them) than she does and don't go blabbing around town trying to get attention.

I have lots of friends that are very in touch with the Beltway and I was told by several of them months ago that Laura was just waiting for the end of 'W's term to divorce him. This story is very much true, fortunately or unfortunately depending on your views.
