All Is Not Well For Mr. Blackwell

Sad news.
Fashion critic, actor, and author, Richard Blackwell has been hospitalized due to a serious illness.
Mr. Blackwell is probably most well-known for his "worst-dressed" lists.
The critic is currently 85 years old and unfortunately has been unconscious and in the hospital since Tuesday.
His partner, Robert Spencer, did not release any information regarding where Blackwell was receiving treatment or about his current condition.
Let's hope Mr. Blackwell gets well soon!!!
At his age, though, and being unconscious for days already, things aren't looking so positive.
Sad.

He is 85 and will probably die. Hopefully he had a rich life while keeping us up on who doesn't know how to dress.

Who cares? He's a spiteful, old and irrelevant little man. His time is up.
I had a run in with this bitter tired old Queen years ago when I was a House Manager for a concert series. He and his guest showed up at the door early without the proper VIP pass. When I would not let him in early he started spitting and snarling, "Don't you know who I am??????????" I said, "Yes, I do. And you still are not getting in early!" Being gay myself I took great pleasure in giving the old queen his comeuppance!
Blackwell is an embarrassment to the gay community and to society as a whole. No one needs him nor cares about his irrelevant opinions anymore!
Too bad Mr. Blackwell chose an unfortunate gown in which to be seen this evening. Its pale blue and white vertical stripes are not the least bit flattering, not to mention the gaping too-revealing slit up the back. Cheap cotton blend fabric with a horrible belt, try harder darling! (Ok, that was bitchy, but it's really an homage to his bitchiness. Get well soon!)
His manager is the blathering liar Michael Sands (remember him from the Britney trial? The guy who wouldn't shut the fuck up)?
Slimey as hell.
I will say prayers for this man, and all those Dames who got lots of free press and exposure from his famous list need to get down on their silk stocking'D knees and say one too.. Umm to PRAY!!

I think it's sick that anyone would wish him anything but a full recovery.
Yeah he's an ass, and has no right to judge people, but that doesn't mean he needs to suffer from a life-threatening illness.
Which by the way, he needs to add himself to the next worst-dressed list he does…look at HIS outfit…ew! Horrendous!
