Jamie Lynn Spears popped out daughter Maddie what seemed like just yesterday, and she's already back to her pre-baby weight (or close to).
Well, maybe the fact that Jamie Lynn is still a TEENAGER might have something to do with the fact that her body bounced back so quickly!
Spears was spotted out in McComb, Miss, on Wednesday with little Maddie.
Mother and daughter did some high-end shopping at Walmart and then went for some fine dining at Nyla Burger Basket.
Yum yum!

She looks really good, grrr at her lol. I lost all the baby weight i gained as soon as i gave birth - all 49 pounds of it, i guess i was carrying a lot of water along with the baby! Plus i had a cesarean, don't know if that helped at all. When i got home from the hospital 3 days later, i weighed myself, and i was back to my original weight. It was the only time i've been happy with my body for doing something right lol.

Good almost afternoon all… well Perez, when you have ur children young your body bounces back quickly.. I was 19, almost 20 and then 21 almost 22 and the second was 9lbs.6oz 23" long and 22lbs came off in delivery…never exercised, other than noral errrands,chasing babies and swimming at our beach. Something about the metabolism…. Wound up thinner after kids then before as pic here shows….Young Mommy hood does have some advantages… ur more patient and rested as well…

I think the fact that she is still a teenager has a lot to do with her getting back in shape so quickly. It would be a different story if she was 30+ years old when she gave birth. I weighed 90 lbs. effortlessly until I turned 30, now I have to work out and diet to maintain my figure. Young girls should enjoy their fast metabolism while they can because it doesn't last forever.

I think Jaime Lynn looks great her legs might be big but she just had a baby. I like that she looks like what a normal person looks like after they have babies. ya my friend had a baby at 16 she was sooo small be for she got preg. everybody thought she couldnt carry it but then she got sooooo huge but like after a week after she was preg. she was baq to how skinny she was before.

yeah I had my baby a week before Jamie Lynn and I'm back down to 103, I'm 5'3. I have to try to gain weight now. : ( O and why do you and people try to make fun of the fact that she shops at walmart and eats at chain restaurants. Uhhhh hello? She is 16. My body bounced back from everything I did at that age too. The younger you are when you have birth, the more likely it is that your body will go back to normal ASAP.
And as for people saying "if you were fit before you'll be fit after!," just because it was true for YOU that doesn't mean that's the case for everyone else. A lot of women find it very difficult to lose their baby weight regardless of how big they were before the baby. It changes your metabolism.
