I agree with Jennapalooza - at least in this pic, she looks normal thin. What does it is the big dress, covering the skin and bones and the fact that she has her arms crossed. …Though even if the arms were uncrossed, again from this view, I bet they'd look normal.

Yes, we're well aware that she's the queen of anorexia but she deserves a pass here.
