John Edwards's mistress, Rielle Hunter, has said there will be no DNA test!!

Hunter's lawyer told the Washington Post on Saturday that she will not pursue DNA testing to establish the paternity of the bastard 5-month-old baby girl "now or in the future."
Let's see how the little girl feels at the age of 18.
Maybe the bastard illegitimate child will push for paternity answers then!
The mistress' attorney went on to say she's a "private" person who is "not running for public office" and would not comment further.
Did John Edwards proclaim that he'd take a paternity test knowing that Rielle had been paid off so it would never happen?!

I'm loving this juicy story, but honestly, is it really necessary to keep calling the child a bastard? Such a horrible, eighteenth century term! Punish the parents for their ridiculous behavior, but let's not contribute to the stigma that innocent baby is burdened with.

The only bastard is you. The child is illegitimate if you want to be a prick, or born out of wedlock. I think queen of the avatar is right, too many dudes to know who it was? But why would it matter to you? John Edwards isn't the democratic nominee, his political career is over regardless of paternity, so nobody will need to worry about voting for him in the future. The paternity test would only be for the child and for people who'd rather not think about real issues. You can't post real politics on a gossip site - only this and Paris Hilton's response to John McCain's silly ad.

Mrs. Edwards said that she knew of the affair back in 06 and said she wanted to keep it private. They have worked through it. The lady is batteling incurable cancer. Leave it alone. It is a private family issue. The man is no longer a public official. Get off his back, and give his wife some peace!

I would wager that when Mrs. Edwards passes on, there is going to be one helluva lawsuit and more tabloid fodder, than we have ever seen, in the past. Clinton and Lewinsky will be nothing, compared to this.

Well he is off the hook now, i think that is time to let him give a happy last days to his wife and focus on her instead of having to deal with all this family drama. Obviously the only american blog you read is perezhilton cause if you cared enough to read CNN, ABC news and other important media sites that actually report more meaningful stories you will realize that this country is based on it's citizens and our love to the country and solidarity with others. USA has a history of helping poor nations and contribute to give them a better living standard and better education. If you cared enough you will have done some research on the groups we have in the US and what they do around our nation and for other countries and continents as far as Africa, Southamerica and Europe.
