I love Janet and have seen her several times. But it's easier to do more songs than Madonna, when you lip-synch the whole concert. And for all you Madonna haters that will blast this, NO Madonna doesn't lip-synch the whole concert, but yes, she does at least a couple if there is a lot of dancing for obvious reasons. But I'll still be going, as Janet puts on a great show, unlike
some other conceited Diva we know by the initials MC.

Janet may be performing more songs than Madonna…but how many will she actually be singing live? I'm sure it's only a few. Madonna on the other hand will sing everything live and dance her little ass off at the same time. Sorry Janet, I have seen you in concert and if I wanted to watch someone lip synch for two hours I would watch their video's.

Good show, but I doubt it's true. Too many songs from Damita Jo and only 1 from Discipline? (Includiing Rock With U — the title of the tour) It's also missng hits and crowd favorites like "Together Again" "All For You" "Someone To Call My Lover" "Again" All Night (Don't Stop)"
i'm a big 80's-90's junkie, i guess because i was born in "87"…i love the old janet stuff, I'm glad she is incorporating it into her show.
Exciting, but half of that will be cut or trimmed down. Now way she will do ALL songs to the fullest.

Re: DamitaJo – Yah, I'm surprised ALL 4 U isn't in there. I'm sure she'll throw it in there. I love the set list..it's different, and encompasses all albums. It's different from previous world tours. I thought the "All 4 U" concert was a bit too much like the "Velvet Rope" tour, and didn't find it as exciting. But I'm loving this one.
I'm so over all these morons who post comments like "Janet lip sings" and "Madonna is better" blah blah. I don't think she always mimes, but that's not the point. No one cares what you think. Why do you even bother?

I've been a lifelong Janet fan, but I'm not even THINKING about attending this tour in the Fall. Clearly I'm not the only one either, as there are no sellouts for these shows, even though tickets are available. Janet only appeals musically to the blindest of loyal fans anymore, which is why she barely sells 10% the records she used to. It's just a different era now I guess. The music from the last 3 albums just isn't on par with the previous ones - hence the sales plummet. And please don't gimme the Super Bowl thing or the "music biz decline". Those excuses are only for artists who don't sell anymore. Anyway, have fun at the show though. I fear there will be plenty of empty seats.

OMG! U have got to be kidding me! I love Madonna but she does not hold a candle to Janet as far as performing live. And for the record, Madonna always lip syncs and there's no way in hell she can beat Janet dancing.

To be honest, I think this is a mock set list. Rock With U isn't even on it and that's the name of the tour. And plus All For You isn't even on the list and that's one of her biggest songs. Not to mention Together Again.
