      1. Like others have pointed out, this is OLD news. Howard — and Kelly — both announced it last month.

      2. The Mark Consuelos "wedding" isn't the offical wedding. Howard and Beth0 are already married (likely in light of the fact they wanted it to be secret and private and got each other's initials tattooed yesterday, Ralph mentioned "Beth told me last week at the ") or will be. The valid ceremony is private, family (and family-like friends like Howard's other wife, Ralph), in August, in the Hamptons.

      3. The October wedding is the public party for 150 guests, at a "dinner" in NYC, and will include a ceremony over which Mark Consuelos will officiate — probably so Beth0 can walk down the aisle in front of a LOT of people in a wedding dress.

      Howard and Alison were together from college (c.1974) until they separated in late October 1999 - 25 years.
      Howard and Beth0 met in early May 2000 (the Saturday before Mother's Day) and have been together ever since, so you're almost right. They've been together over 8 years.
