I am sure this is a compliment to No Doubt for her to use something similar to their cover. So many people get inspiration from things in the past, Rhianna uses an old Michael Jackson son for her new hit, Miley sang Girls Just Want to Have fun, and so many bands do this why hate if there is some similarities on these 2 covers.
It's also similar to Paramore's cd Riot…
