No Love For Hudgens

You know you've made it big when you're booked to perform at a county fair with American Idol rejects.
And that's just what happened!
Visitors to the Midland County Fair in Michigan were treated to the sites of Vanessa Hudgens, former Disney star Raven Symone, and ex-American Idol contestant Bucky Covington. Yea, we don't remember much about him either.
One 20 year old girl in attendance said, "I didn't know who Bucky Covington was or that he had anything to do with American Idol. But I was jamming with him. I really liked him a lot."
Such a lovely compliment!
Raven Symone went on stage this past Monday as part of a two-for-one ticket special. That allowed guests to go back on Tuesday and watch Zac Efron's girlfriend perform.
As for Vanessa's signing, few of the numbers came from the High School Musical soundtrack. She also performed songs to recorded instrumentals and, according to reports, "displayed dance routines more adult in nature than the audience of mainly girls 10 and younger."
At the beginning of her 50-minute set, Hudgens said, "This is me, on my own terms."
Looks like your own terms suck!
The stage area are was only filled about half way to capacity with only about 3,000 concertgoers to watch her and Raven perform. Though 3,000 people is still better than Covington and another singer, who only brought in 1,200 fans.
Fair Manager Tom Valliere was a bit disappointed to say the least. Valliere says, "We will need to evaluate what is happening here. People are making this one of our biggest fairs ever, so they have money to spend. But they're not going to the shows."
That's because the performers suck! Who wants to hear Hudgens sing about Sneakernights?
As for who the kiddies liked best, that award goes to Raven.
Young concertgoer Kaliann Esckilsen, says Raven won them over with her personality, adding "She was really funny, talking to us about her childhood. Vanessa was more into singing, but she wasn't funny. She was really serious, and we could see her get all sweaty, too."
Ewww. Sweaty, stinky Vanessa. Zefron would not approve.

You know a couple of Years back the jOnas Brothers played at the Texas State fair for free and look at them now, until this day they say that was the most amazing concert memory they have had!!!

FYI fellow peeps…Another washed up "star" Billy Ray Cyrus will also be performing at a country fair over the weekend. He is scheduled to perform at San Mateo county Fair. I guess they know that people will show up since the performance is free with fair admission LOL I'm a lil tempted to go jaja just to see the turn out

I would expect a little more from you, Perez. You're right on Raven & Vanessa. College Road Trip? OH NO. and Sneakernight? AH. But Bucky Covington is a rising country music star. He's already had 3 top 25 hits and at least 1 or 2 top ten songs. He's already well known in the country music world. Next time, check ALL the billboard & R&R charts, the country ones included.

Bucky Covington has actually done pretty well for himself with his band since AI. His CD has some nice country songs which he does well, his voice suits them. His videos are cute, tool.
I cannot stand her. She has zero personality, and it obviously shows on stage. You have to have a personality to be successful in Hollywood…
This is exactly how zac's career is going, if he keeps up that "Diva" mindset. They're both Disney tween-bobbers. Give it up already Vanessa. Your 15 min. are over.

the most intriguing thing about that picture is the dancer…and perhaps that's because he's in bright yellow…and looking like a creeper. note to vanessa: you're supposed to be the flashiest thing on stage…not your backup dancers….now, i don't DISLIKE vanessa…but she does have a rather nasally sound…and i'm not really a fan of that.

alot of people go to that fair however there were only like 3 girls in vanessa shirts, and they ywere like..7.plus you could hear raven when yyou went on the rides, she was like trying to rap…

shes coming to out fair tomorrow, in louisville, ky. everyone saw the sign and was like who fuck is that? i was like i think its that chick who was in high school musical, and everyone was like wtf why is she coming to our fair? lol it was funny. i dont think she sold any tickets, well maybe to young kids.
