Wino comes out of hiding!
For only the second time in almost a month, Amy Winehouse ventured out of her London flat and, judging by the looks of her, we don't wanna know what she's been doing.
The talented but tortured singer made a rare public outing on Thursday night to attend a fundraiser in Camden for The Hawley Arms, her favorite pub - which burned down several months back.
Looking at her like this, it's not even funny. It's not entertainment anymore.
She looks so sick.
She really appears to be close to death. So skinny and out of it.
What will it take for Amy to finally get some help before it's too late?????

Why don't her parents take her to court and get conservatorship? Are they on her payroll and afraid the cash will stop? This girls needs a long soak in a hot hot bath, to wash the rats nest out of her hair and to learn to take care of herself with basic grooming, brushing her hair, washing her face, going to the DENTIST, and being in inpatient treatment for at least 6 months. Nothing less than that will be adequate. I will never listen to nor purchase anything she does. I refuse to support this kind of slow suicide and shame on any of you who do!

This poor girl I feel sorry for her. We will probably see her die within the next few years it is so sad!
Seeing this is deeply, deeply depressing. Like so many times before, I thought she was getting better. But it seems not. She looks worse than ever. She has an addiction to the tanning bed in her home, as well, and she is LONG past the "healthy" glow for which it was intended. I ache for her, as she is such a great talent—but I have this sad feeling, that she is one of those who just can't quite come back around. Some don't. Both of my parents never did, and died at 38 (the age I am now) and 45. Some people just-can't-do-it, I guess. I had hoped she was in hiding, getting it right and would shock us all by coming back and looking gorgeous and singing great. It seems not. And like Billie Holiday, Edith Piaf and other tragic greats, the voice will soon give way and she will have nothing left.
