DAMN — once they saw the Obama list, the McCain campaign staffers must have been kicking themselves bigtime. Barack's list has 10 great, modern, appropriate tracks that really do get the blood pumping — it's a hip list. McCain's list sounds like the embarrassing collection of 8-tracks you tried to get your parents to stop playing. Not one, but TWO Abba songs? Dooley Wilson? With all the "old man" jokes flying around, shouldn't the McCain camp have known better?

Do you know what's so special about the last day, August 24th when Obama will deliver his big speech? It's the 45th anniversary of the "I have a dream" -speech. It's a perfect day for a black man to quote Martin Luther King and make himself look like a human rights fighter. Indeed, five states broke the DNC rules and only the Clinton states, Michigan and Florida were punished. Better yet, Nancy Pelosi and Dean donated 8 times more money (that's several hundreds of dollars) to Obama backers than they did to Clinton supporters. Also, all the Clinton delegates who switched sides received 20 to 150 thousand dollars from the Obama campaign.
Obama was selected but the question is why. What makes him so special? It can't be his achievements since he doesn't have any. Well, I guess the date August 24th explains just why Obama has gone as far as he did.
