I saw her in a show in NY and she was sweet to people, but her bio literally did not mention Gilligan's Island - she is, to this day, bitter about the show and feels that it ruined her chances of being a real movie star.
She apparently had some semi-serious roles prior to GI and was not taken seriously again much after.
