Guess their nanny will be in for some overtime!
NBC announced on Monday that Courtney B. Vance will join his real-life wife, Angela Bassett, for a multi-episode story arc on ER when it returns for its 15th and final season this fall.
According to reports, Vance will be playing the role of Russell Banfield, husband to Bassett's character Cate Banfield.
It's notable because it will be the first time the couple will be acting together.
What a great publicity stunt for NBC!

Actually they were both in a pretty good production of His Girl Friday here at The Guthrie in Minneapolis. But their chemistry should translate on screen…should be worth checking out!

Angela Bassett is so stunning. As beautiful as Lena Horne in her prime. And classy too.
