If you have tickets to the Tyra Banks Show, you may want to reconsider going!
According to reports, Tyra Banks kept her show audience waiting last week for almost two hours for the show's "Celebrating Black Models, Past, Present and Future" episode while she hung backstage laughing, snacking and chatting with the crew.
An audience member said:
"You could hear her going on and on because she was standing right behind the stage curtain. She's talking and talking. Meanwhile, you have the entire audience waiting almost two hours for the taping to start."
When TyTy finally made it on to the stage, she didn't give the audience any explanations or show her appreciation for attendance.
"She leaves us waiting, and everyone is sitting there complaining, and then she comes out and doesn't say a word about it. She didn't even say hello, she got right into her script. She acted so cold towards everyone. She's a phony."
Another source reports that when addressing the guest models, "Tyra kept saying, 'When I was a model,' and would hardly let them talk. It was all about her, as usual."
For the show's ending, TyTy dragged the audience out into the street:
"Cops had it closed off, and Tyra had bodyguards. She had the audience prance down the street and then release black balloons. Some were whining that it was so bad for the environment. It was so disorganized, people fell over the press outside and almost trampled two little girls. Tyra was acting like it was a live sporting event instead of the most self-indulgent, narcissistic crap."
Ew.

FUCKING SLUT DIDNT NO ANYTHING TO SAY AND WENT BACK FUCKING WHORE!!!!
So her show has a larger audience and generates more money than your pink, little website…that's no reason to hate on Tyra! Besides, this story is completely FALSE.

Completely agree. I hate that on top model she does the same thing. Granted she is supposed to mentor the models but does she really HAVE to take her own shot of what assignment they are doing and then tell each and every girl how she would make their pose better. But you know what bugs me more, when she smiles and pulles her top lip under and crinkles her eyes, what a fake smile!!! I used to like her but the more I watched the more annoying she got.

Her show has been on for a year and it was evident from the very first show that she's doing it to be QUEEN for a day - EVERY DAY! I wouldn't stand her mousy little voice on ANTModel going from baby talk to big black momma — because both were so damn fake - along with her makeup and hair. She's almost as bad a Naomi - prima donna idiots, both!

I went to a taping of her show in l.a. And it's so true that she does'nt acknowledge her audience or interacts with them. Kimora Lee Simmons was a star guest and she was awesome she joked around with us even danced with one of the audience members and this was all while we were not taping, her attitude was 100x's better then Tyra, she was very rude and self absorbent. Her show sucks I never watched it again.
Of coarse not. Oprah is more personable and respects her fans.as much as i like tyra, she still a model thus being an airhead too. so that airheadednness aplies to everything she does..doesnt means she's not smart. just means she's used to working without completely thinking.unlike oprah wo is thinking every second about something new.
I have never been able to watch her show. I'd rather watch infomercials or re-runs of MASH.
