That's kind of a strange picture, the red background is so not flattering for Phelps and why is he squinting? Ugh, that's got to be one of the worst pictures I've seen of Phelps. Who was the photographer? They should have asked Annie Lebowitz. She did that pretty cool picture of Phelps as a merman.
