Is Brigitte Nielsen crazier than we thought?
After entering a rehab center back in 2007 for alcohol addiction, Nielsen has reportedly been sober ever since. And to that she says, "I feel I've been given a second chance."
And the 45 year old says she owes it all to her 30 year-old hubby, Mattia Dessi.
Nielsen tells all in the new issue of Hello! magazine. She says, "It's thanks to Mattia – he doesn't smoke or drink – that I've changed my life and become a sane, serene person."
Thankfully she didn't say with Flavor Flav.
And, unlike many most in Hollywood, Nielsen is actually open about all the work she gets done on herself.
Only weeks ago Nielsen had her own little "extreme makeover." She got a breast lift, liposuction, and eyelift. ALL ON LIVE TV!
Of all her new work she says, "I'd cleaned up the inside and wanted to freshen up. I had it done in Germany because they try to stick to your natural look. In America – no disrespect to the plastic surgeons – everyone comes out looking the same."
And that's not it for the 45 year old. She goes on to say she plans on appearing in Playboy magazine later this year to show off her new bod.
Nielsen says, "This December it will 20 years since my last Playboy shoot. So back in LA I'll get a personal trainer and tone up. It's a great challenge and if I can do it I'll be very, very happy. If my body's in good shape, I want to show people I worked hard at it. Maybe that's a Danish thing."
And Nielsen keeps on surprising.
Aside from the four kids she already has, ranging in ages from 13 years old to 24 years old, Brigitte says she wants another kid! At 45!
She says, "The children have kept me going. After I do Playboy, we want to try IVF. It's asking a lot, but if it's possible, it would make our package complete."
If not, she could always adopt.
But we think people would rather give their kids to Madonna before they give them to Nielsen!

She looks amazing! When I first saw the picture, before I read anything, I thought "wow, that woman looks like a younger more put together Brigitte Nielsen". They did a great job on her!! I think LA docs need to take a lesson or two from the German doctors. She is right about American Plastic Surgery patients, they all end up looking like the Gelflings from The Dark Crystal!!
