Jay-Z's Ex Biz Partner in $$$ Trouble

The credit crisis is hitting everyone!
Former Jay-Z bestie and Roc-A-Fella Records company co-founder Damon Dash and his wife, fashion designer Rachel Roy, are in jeopardy of losing two of their Manhattan apartments after failing to pay their hefty mortgages.
Their bank says in a court filing Dash and Roy owe $7.3 million on the two properties and have begun foreclosure proceedings.
Dash and Roy were supposed to make monthly payments of $78,500.
Crazy! One of their monthly payments is the entire price of a home (or at least a nice condo) in some parts!
Yikes!
Too bad Dash isn't pals with filthy rich Jay-Z anymore!

Ugh. Jay-Z. He needs to take Beyonce with him to Malawi and raise some kids. Can't stand him.
All of the older generation that were telling their kids not to be flashy and do stupid things were ignored because people would see guys like Dash buying 15 cars and filling hot-tubs with Champagne, Guess granny was right after all.

As expensive as Rachel Roy's clothes are, you'd think she'd be able to pay her mortgage.
And?? Why was he living so beyond his means?? And two apartments??? In Manhattan??? What the hell? It only takes 15 minutes to get from downtown to uptown and 20 minutes with traffic to get from the east to the west…… I don't give a shit…..Good…..Maybe he'll save the next time he comes into money again and not squander it all away. Good lesson.

Yes, the credit crisis IS hitting everyone. But, do I feel for those who spend beyond their means? No. Any idiot can tell that they have 'more money going out, than coming in'. FFS…look at the checkbook register and credit card statements, every once in awhile! It's not THAT difficult!

In away i feel bad for Damon, and i say this because he's a good guy. His Wife Rachel Roy is also a nice person. I won't say how i know him but he's a good guy. Whatever happened to him and Jay Z thats the past. He was a business man when he was with Jay Z and with out Jay Z. He fronted and helped establish the Jay Z Empire they were best friends and was the one that helped paved the way for him when people didn't even look Jay Z way. I will say that much About Damon he's A Good Guy and A great Father. He's a normal person just like the rest of us if it was the next Joe Smoe than people wouldn't be talking so much crap. People have money issues all the time but since he's in the public eye then it's gets posted and made front page news. Anyways i said my peace about this topic because if you been around Certain people you see them for who they genuinely are nit what the Media plays them out to be.
