Mr. Janet Jackson Stiffed His Employees!?
Jermaine Dupri is getting some heat in his hometown of Atlanta!
His restaurant, Cafe Dupri, has gone bust and former employees are claiming that they either were not paid or that checks issued to them by Dupri's business people bounced.
It's also been claimed that the restaurant shut its doors and left its employees jobless without any notice!
If that's true, how cruel!
Dupri's momma managed the cafe on his behalf, and when contacted by reporters she lashed out and said a business is only as good as its employees. If the employees who were complaining worked harder, the restaurant might have done better.
Doesn't momma Dupri sound a little defensive?

I think it is called, if business is not good it is the fault of the management, I mean if the employees were not working then you fire them and hire new ones who will, simple as that! Bad management can also produce bad employees though!

Same thing happened to me by the daycare i use to work for. The owner closed the doors after all the kids went home, and then proceeded to let the employees know not to come back. She didn't even tell the parents of the children that were going there. A few days after that, she was telling all the parents that were mad that it was all the employees fault not hers. WHATEVER, stupid ass bought the daycare not knowing what she was getting herself into.
With all that money and he still wont get his teeth fixed….jeeze!
The restaurant closed because it sucked asshole (and not in the good way). His mother ought to be ashamed. It had nothing to do with the wait staff, it had to do with food tasting like a steaming platter of water buffalo shit (which closely resembles Jermaine Dupree himself).
