I despise Comcast, or Crumcast, as I so fondly refer to them. The lousiest customer service on the planet & constant price-raising. Have always wondered why they have yet to be investigated for their actions.

I used to have them…..they suck! Constantly going down, and then you have to call and call to get them to "fix" their servers. The waits! Nothing but headaches and frustrations. Add in rising prices. Yeah they suck.
Comcast is the DEVIL! I have no choice except for them! Their customer service is pathetic! It took 3 months, yes I said 3 months for them to give me the proper connections and converter boxes to get my TIVO to work with my HD TV. They kept saying "just use our DVR!" BASTARDS!
They should cut down the prices 2, right? I have comcast now, and if they slow down my internet service im gonna get verizon FIOS, Also change my cable, get DISH… They already suck as it is, every 2 weeks nothing works.
Why does that suck? Basically people who are using an overabundance are the ones we should feel sorry for? Its like feeling sorry for Hummer drivers when they are limited taxed for driving a gas guzzler.
Well now, WARNING because this may be the dumbest question ever posted… but, why can't they (the internet providers) build more as the internet and users grow?
It has to do with servers basically, right? WELL… add on, build it up. What is so difficult about that?
How can we possibly be running "out" of internet? It makes no sense as theoretically speaking it should be endless or infinite as long as they (the providers) add space and servers and maintain it. Right? Wrong? This confuses my pea-brain.
WAIT… BUT this has to do with Price GOUGING and sad-ass excuses by them (the providers) doesn't it. It is a lame-ass reason to get US (the consumer) to pay more. DINKLESS WONDERS THEY.
Comcast is the BEST… They are fantastic and are the top ranked [#1] cable company in the United States. What's the matter, didn't pay your bill and got shut off? LOL Those reconnect fees will kill ya……. ROFL
i love comcast. they have wonderful customer service. And one time bills were tight (this shitty economy) and i told them I was canceling my cable…they brought it down to 15 bucks a month. I couldnt refuse that. I love the company

Comcast is wholly unreliable. They're cable is just as bad as a satellite in a storm, and it can't perform any of the features that is promised. I've had to get my cable fixed multiple times, and spent hours on the phone trying to sort out what's wrong with what is provided.
I have had comcast for 15 years and have not been without internet for more than a hour the whole 15 years,unless the power was out,so all you dumb asses go ahead and get satillite and see how you like it.There tv price goes up every year or so but the internet has not gone up ever.I'll stay with comcast thank you very much………………………………………………
