Don't Mess With a Lesbian and Her Bush

Lesbian actress Lily Tomlin wanted to trim some big bushes and nothing was going to stand in her way!
According to new reports, police were called to settle a dispute between comedienne Lily and her neighbor over a pair of eucalyptus trees on Thursday. The two trees sit on an easement shared by both properties.
Lily hired an arborist to chop down the trees over the objections of her neighbor.
Officers stopped the tree cutting, but Lily had the tree choppers resume work as soon as the authorities left.
City officials were then called on scene and questioned the tree cutters, who stopped because they lacked a license to cut the trees.
Tomlin's people issued this statement about the showdown:
"It is true the trees have been knocked down. The trees were on Ms. Tomlin's property, she was advised by the arborist to remove them because they were a hazard to people on the premises. They could potentially tip over and kill someone. Her attorney and police were present at the time to make sure things were done accordingly."

If the trees were on Ms. Tomlin's property (which she bought and paid for)…they were hers to cut down. Plain and simple.
If the trunks and roots are on her property, regardless if the branches, leaves, flowers and/or fruit hovers/falls into her neighbors yard…they are still Ms. Tomlin's trees.
Please someone answer this question as its been driving me crazy. The necklace she is wearing, the same one everyone seems to be wearing these days, what does it stand for? Does it mean anything?

The neighbor has a very different story, but I guess if the most important thing you have in your life is getting your own way and don't care about doing something legally, then you can be Lily Tomlin!

Of course the neighbor has a different story.
The fact remains….when you buy a home, the property comes with it. The property then becomes marked to show the boundaries. If the tree, that Tomlin wanted to cut down, had its roots and trunk on HER property..she was entitled to cut it down. Regardless if the neighbors liked the limbs,flowers and/or leaves that cascaded into their yard. That has no bearing on the matter.

But, yet…my sister NEVER says anything disparaging to, or about, him…unless he REALLY pisses her off. lol And, since she leans more toward passivity and 'live and let live'….it takes ALOT to piss her off.
I have found that it really is a 'gay man sort of thing'…most, of them, must feel so insecure and threatened, by their sexuality, that they feel this is the only way to feel 'complete'. It, really, is sad…and pathetic.
