The Democrats kick off their party nominating convention on Monday and a new story is making the rounds today, Friday, to….perhaps stir up some some bad energy before the convention?
On Friday, a 'Democratic official' reported that Barack Obama's people supposedly didn't bother to 'vet' Hillary Clinton for the VP position.
“She was never vetted. She was not asked for a single piece of paper. She and Senator Obama have never had a single conversation about it. How would he know if she’d take it?”
The official also said she was never asked for medical records or for any financial 2008 information about her or former President Bill Clinton. The last information the couple has disclosed about taxes and financial holdings was for 2007.
An Obama aide said "absolutely exhaustive research was done on her over the course of the 16 month primary. She was researched more closely than any candidate in history."
Duh!

She needed to be researched extensively.. her history with Bill is so corrupt. They only kept the marriage together to advance in politics. Some of her ideals are good on the surface but when you look at what goes on behind the scenes, they are downright scary.
I'm not saying Obama doesn't have any controversy going on… but I will say that he has a lot less to worry about than Billary!

Like said, Obama will not give Hillary the vp slot. She hurt his ego too much. And Hillary herself said in an interview that she's not interested in the job. However, if Obama would offer her the vp title she'd have no other choice but to take or she'd get the fury of DNC upon her.
Obama has surrounded himself with people who keep boosting his ego and cut loose anyone who dares to say a critisizing word. Whoever kisses his ass the best will get the job. But for the very same reason Obama will lose because he and his supporters are clearly in denial what comes to the success of his campaign. Things aren't looking too good but Barack doesn't care. He's written the word "president" all over his sheets and logos. In his mind he has already won. A reality check is soon to follow. One that isn't "above his pay grade"
She probably was researched and they realized… Hillary as his VP would RUIN HIM! She's slimy and polarizing. Obama would have to kiss the presidency goodbye if he had her for a VP.

People who truly understand politics understand why the Obama Camp would not select Hilary Clinton as VP. And his campaign refuses to "do business" with reporters who have questioned him or pointed out flaws. Not just that but they've been pressuring to fire reporters. One woman had to leave MSNBC after calling Obama a presumptive nominee. Seriously. This guy is crazy. No wonder he voted for FISA.

Anyone with half a brain knows that this election was stolen from Hillary. IF the Rezko/Rev Wright stuff had been known BEFORE we voted, Obama would have been flushed early, as would have Edwards if his bs had come out earlier. Hillary would be an awful VP choice if Obama wants to win over swing voters.
1. Too much negative campaigning was done in the primaries. The party has already torn itself apart as it is.
2. Obama needs a more "traditional" running mate. AKA Old white guy (my guess is Joe Biden). Hillary, sadly, is too controversial.
