Lindsay Lohan's gal pal, Samantha Ronson, was served legal papers by our process server while she was DJing at the Whiskey in Los Angeles on Thursday night.
"It was quite a scene," a source tells us. "Samantha was freaking out."
She's got the money to pay our legal bills in the frivolous lawsuit she brought against us. She's been ordered to do so by a court, yet she still hasn't.
Ronson was served with Orders issued by the court to compel her to appear for an examination under oath to provide all of her personal financial information as a result of her failure to pay the judgment against her.
The examination is scheduled for October 6th in a Los Angeles superior court.
We look forward to resolving this matter soon.

A) a personal defamation lawsuit is not "frivolous," especially granted the publicity, weight and lack of foundation that your story had. Obviously you have first amendment rights, but they only extend so far. Given that nothing beyond your speculation was ever given to substantiate the claims you made against Ronson, you are an arrogant prick for calling the case frivolous. It wasn't at all– though you were within your first amendment rights, she was also within her rights for defending herself against libelous claims.
B) I genuinely feel disgust for how you treat Lindsay and Samantha on this site. I love your stuff, I do. But for someone who is so adamantly against anti-homosexual discrimination, pro gay rights, how the fuck do you get off being SO aggressively homophobic towards women? Think of how many young people read your website– post as many links to "XYZ country this is awful for gay rights!" you want, but when kids read, on the very next post words bashing Samantha and Lindsay for not being verbal about their relationship– shit. I don't know WHAT kind of influence you delude yourself into being. But that's sick and hypocritical.

The irony of this situation is that Perez ultimately will be up against the same treatment that he is dishing out to celebrities. He's building himself up for it really well. People seem to be in fear of him but this will inevitable have a time limit until someone takes his position The funny thing is, is when his demise starts people are going to be on whoevers website takes over laughing at the not so hot mess himself, there used to be a sense of kudos attached to this site but it is becoming cringeworthy. AMEN #45. Sam didn't do anything for those that don't know the story. Perez told an untrue story about her on this site and she sued him over it and he threw it back in her face basically. So, it wasn't her that was the bad guy.
