Bad news for Superman wannabe Shaquille O'Neal.

A Fulton County woman from Georgia has taken out a restraining order against the NBA star!

According to the 23 year-old female, Alexis Miller, Shaq has been stalking her!

Yesterday a judge approved the request after Miller made claims that Shaq threatened her with bodily harm.

She says he also made harassing phone calls to her. He'd call, breathe heavily into the phone, and would then hang up.

Crazy!

Miller's an "independent music artist" who goes by the name Maryjane. She also says that Shaq threatened to ruin her career by having everyone in the industry turn on her.

Is this chick just making the allegations to try and get publicity for her "music career"????

Apparently this all occurred after Miller ended her "intimate relationship" with Shaq last month.

Shaq has been ordered to stop all contact with Miller and must stay at least 200 yards away from her and her 19 month-old baby at all times.

Shaq's due back in court on September 4th.

Something smells fishy here!

      Wow… what is the likelihood that a wannabe rap artist from Georgia (doesn't Shaq live in Miami and play in Phoenix?) that no one has ever heard of is looking for publicity… It doesn't take anything to get a temporary restraining order — she doesn't even have to prove that her and Shaq were in the same room in that hearing. Shaq may be big, but there ain't NOTHING scarier than a crazy attention-seeking bitch!!!

      For a judge to actually allow it, there must have been substantial proof of the threatening behaviour, I'm thinking ~shrug~

Remember that nutcase woman who got a restraining order against David Letterman, insisting that he was "speaking to her in code" and when he said "Marry me, Oprah" he was talking to her? She was GRANTED the temporary order, so I think that lets out the idea that there needs to be some evidence. Either a nutcase or attention slut, I'd say. He's probably never met her.

      THIS IS TRUE! In Toronto on one of the radio stations (I think it was AM 640) the radio host guy read Shaq's voicemail message that he left on her cell phone. It was something released as public record from the courts. He was swearing at her, threatening her and he talked like he has a grade 2 education. His sentences barely made sense but they were definately threatening.
