She fell so hard, she needed the help of two stagehands to lift her up!
Thankfully, though, Lovato wasn't seriously injured. And, she played it off pretty well.

She is terribly uncoordinated…I saw her when I took my kids to the Jonas Brothers concert. Her performance was painful in so many ways…..from the off pitch, breathy, screaming —to her not being able to move on stage and lastly her completely inappropriate attire–very dominatrix inspired!
