The TV show Lost lost us after season 2.
According to a new report, drunk driver Michelle Rodriguez's dead character Ana Lucia is coming back for one episode this season.
Lost is getting so soap opera-y!
However, as expected, her 'return' is shrouded in secrecy.

I dont watch the series bt i think it is good she is getting to be in another episode. I hope this is the start of getting her back on her feet!

should not have been fired in first place, but who cares. I watched 10 minutes of Lost and turned it off. Plus, this carpet muncher isn't that hot anymore. She was hot in Vin Diesel movie.

The producers of Lost need to stop announcing these returns, and they need to put it in the the actors contracts that they must do likewise. The return of these characters would have a much greater impact if they were actually a surprise. I mean how anti-climactic was Michael's/Harold Perrineau's return this past year. Had he not been discussed and had not been in the opening credits, everyone would have been sitting there, gasping, screaming "WTF?"

Lost is just Lost! It's a show that was a great idea that just never went anywhere. I gave up on the show in Season 2.

i thought it was a flashback but there are no actually flashbacks these last 2 seasons just flashes of whats happening on the island while the oceanic six are off. although i've heard somewhere that just because someones dead on the island doesn't mean they're dead off the island…so yeah…

Also, season 2 was the worst season. Had you stayed loyal you wouldve saw all the juicy island goodness that is more addictive than crack and the Hills combined.

Perez, I agree it can be confusing. But you really have to dedicate yourself to the show. And she is coming back in a flashback, not back to life like a soap opera. Try renting the whole season on a rainy day, it makes it much eaiser to follow!
The series started out really strong, but has slowly gotten worse and worse (and more over-the-top). Same with Grey's Anatomy and Desperate Housewives. They were great ideas for shows, but they just didn't keep the momentum like shows such as Seinfeld, Friends, etc…

being a LOST fanatic, the answer to this one is easy. they have to touch on the story of Jack (Matthew Fox) and Claire (Emilie de Ravin) being related. So they have to go back to Jack's dad's (Christian played by John Terry) story, which involves Ana-Lucia (Michelle Rodriguez). they have to tie all the lose ends of the original flash backs so they can move to the flash fowards, present time, and flash backs for the future.
I wonder what they're gonna do, tho! More likey, she's gonna be in a flashback, or in a dream or somethin like that. They wouldn't bring her back from dead, that would be absurd. Even LOST wouldn't do that.
And Perez, how can you stop watching a great show like LOST?! Like, for real! Season 1 was excellent, season 2 was really good, season 3 was great (well, half of it at least), and season 4 was also great.
