Number 182 you caught that too! I lol when he said St. Louis, Not! Good
ole KC. I was only a few blocks away. We all knew it. We are a ways from
St. Louie. But, I do feel his wife gave a great speech! Again, what she said
is people are not against change it's the fear! America has a long way to go.
But, I hope to see it in my lifetime.

Wow - nice to see so much racism still existing in 2008! I hope you're the first to get drafted if McWar gets elected and attacks Iran. Morons!

After reading everyone comments. I am even more confident that obama will not become prez!! I'm truly amazed (Again) of how peoples minds work. I plan on watch the McCain and Obama speak. The reason I support obama is b/c he understands where most americans stand today. Living from pay check to pay check. I want a change i serisously doubt McCain is going to be able to give us that. Everyone that voted for Bush for the second will vote for McCain and then regret it, like they did what a year ago. Does anyone not see that this country is going down hill!!!! and we need change!!! No b/c all everyone sees is race and war!!!! Go Figure. Oh and another thing. Everyone should be looking at the VPs, b/c for one if obama wins there a good chance he'll be assinated (like all good prez) and if mcCain wins he'll die from old age before is 4 years are up!!!

      Re: Andy27 – You're retarded.

    8. 208

I was moved by her speech, as it was suppose to be. She did a good job and she kept me listening! It combined all sentiments. And the last part with daddy Obama was well orchestrated!

    9. 209

"people are not against change, it's the fear! America has a long way to go". Amen!

    14. 214

Re: nikkinrex – You know, McCain is the most liberal republican in the senate. With that said, what makes you think that McCain will be like Bush?

    15. 215

Barrack Obama thinks the United States consists of 57 States and he doesn't even know what city he is in much less what State he is in at any given
moment. Oh Yeah! Go Obama ha ha ha lol. What a joke!

    16. 216

    22. 222

omg it gave me chills shes so well spoken i cant wait for baracks speech tomarrow..

    23. 223

Re: Hate Low Class People – Anyone with intelligence can see you're the REAL low class person on the board. You're leading the coalition of the ignorant. It's sad that people are saying Obama is using the race card, but the people who're saying this are the ones mentioning "race." You people are pathetic racist, using "excuses" not to vote Obama.
That speech was beautiful. Cindy MCcain has NOTHING to say. She's an uneducated, former drug addict.

i dont understand why we're still fighting about black vs. white.. who the hell cares what race you are, what religion, where you grew up..etc.. all that matters is that this country gets turned around from the shit hole we're in now… Bush fucked up.. plain and simple… Barack has the positive outlook that we need! Michelle's speech was moving and inspirational… Cindy McCain is going to have a hell of a time even coming close to that… Michelle comes off as a real human… compared to that Stepford wife.. i can only imagine what her speech will be… if she even does one

    26. 226

Re: Oh, MYLANTA!! – Oh you!

    27. 227

Re: zzzz25 What we need; is someone 21 to 35 years of age. – I'm being honest here … even by age 35 most people just don't have the life experience to be able to manage this all-consuming position. One must have enough time to grow into one's own self, and experience enough from life to be able to represent so many.

    28. 228

Re: MarleyRai – your comment #74 is so insightful and well thought out! Kudos to you. Now, if only many other people would think deeply and for themselves!

    29. 229

Re: ohjustshutup Both candidates suck, but at least McCain has balls and integrity. – INTEGRITY!?!?! OMG. He dumped his first wife after she waited for him while he was in the Hanoi Hilton because she had been in a terrible accident and wasn't 'pretty enough' for his planned ascent to stardom! He doesn't know how many homes he owns! He and Cindy own THE most expensive home in all of Arizona … and it's their weekend cottage!!!! He doesn't think people are wealthy unless they have $5million or more … could you honestly say this man has integrity and can represent who YOU are?

    30. 230

Re: karpina Oh my . . . . how very Kennedy-esqe!!! Camelot is so close I can smell it. – I couldn't help but think the same thing watching Mrs. O. Only the pillbox hat was missing!

I love how they gave her a June Cleaver makeover, cuz that bitch was lookin ROUGH before!

Ah! Good old American Bigotry. Nothing like it in the world. Nobody does it like us. Where else can you find Ivy League educated first family candidates racially disrespected by celeb gossip blog readers who were "left behind" by Dubya. The irony of it is almost too much to wrap your head around.

    33. 233

OMG….a moving speech?!?! Are you serious. She came off fake as hell - which she is. She is "THE" angry black woman!!! HATE HER!!!! When she was giving her speech, I wanted to throw my TV out the window. I was so pissed, I think I would have had the strength (via my hot adrenaline) to actually pick that 50" TV out the window!!! Oh, and she looks like Mr. Ed. Horse-face. Ugh - I'm gonna die if she is this country's first horsey - oh, I mean "lady."

    34. 234

She said absolutely NOTHING of substance - just like her husband.

    37. 237

Re: K10 – Thanks for letting me know that there are people in America who think the right away about human beings. Who cares if he is purple and worships an 8 armed indian god. That shouldn't matter

    38. 238

Re: staciefidler – Could be that he votes with Bush something like 97% of the time. Sounds like a good indicator to me

    39. 239

    43. 243

Re: I_am_2COOL – lolz!! so right.

there are a few exceptions such as this one, but the whole slew of comments to this post makes me hope that most of these people aren't old enough to vote yet. or… are too dumb to register.

Obama motivates people and will bring the change that America needs. McCain is a respectable man, but please, I don't see how anyone in their right mind can have confidence in an old guy who doesn't even know how to really use the internet/computers. a leader is more than someone who can bark orders or be a "maverick." a leader is someone who realizes what avg people go through and is still inspirational and diplomatic. Obama is a true modern American.
