She Didn't Feel The Phelps (She Claims)

The world is still fascinated by Olympic winner Michael Phelps…. and his love life!

The recent talk has been surrounding Phelps and Australian Olympian swimmer Stephanie Rice.

Well, Rice is finally speaking out about "the kiss" at an Olympic party last week, or lack of.

When asked if she and Phelps shared a kiss at a Beijing party, Rice simply responded with, "No."

She then added, "It was just great to meet him and meet people you usually see on TV. For me, Michael Phelps is a real inspiration and someone you really look up to."

Rice's ex-boyfriend, hottie Australian swimmer Eamon Sullivan, was dating Rice for two years and recently broke up last month, before the Olympics.

He says of the recent kiss news, "That's her business and, now that we're friends, it's not something I have to worry about. She's a mature girl and makes her own decisions and we're just enjoying being friends and that's something you just can't take away."

Aww, how sweet.

But now to the important part.

This all means Phelps is currently single (and really rich)!

      Perez! I love dearly but this kinda made me feel bad. Your closing statement "Aww, how sweet. But now to the important part. This all means Phelps is currently single (and really rich)!". If you are dating someone who is entitled to lots of money and they douse you in it by buying everything and anything you want, then that's not the state of mind of someone who cares. How I see it is if they are traveling they buy you things to keep you around, you become dependent of that person. If they care, they'd want you doing what you love and helping you become successful. I absolutely hate money, but it's something you HAVE to have in order to survive in this crazy world, but it has the same causes and effects of drugs. You get addicted and it tears you and people you care about apart. So please don't give females the idea that it's okay to date someone because they are "really rich". Michael Phelps is really gorgeous and seems sweet, that should capture our attention rather than money.Be independent ladies! So if he turns out to be a loser you have yourself to depend on. Lol…I sound like a talk show host. Perez, I still love you! You are like my daily paper…=)

      Being from Ann Arbor I have seen Phelps many times. He is a total tool! Nobody really liked him and he was an ass to both guys and girls all the time. I'm guessing that's what Rice noticed right away. The dude would have a roped off area in bars!! It's a college town and he's being roped off? Nobody really cared he was their anyways. Granted now he just won 8 golds and that was amazing, but in a year or two it will be old news.
