Tragic irony.
Dave Freeman, one of the co-authors of the best selling book 100 Things to Do Before You Die, died unexpectedlylast week.
He was only 47-years old.
The cause of death was some sort of head injury.
Freeman reportedly fell over at his home in Venice, California, and hit his head.
He had only managed to visit half of the places recommended in his book.
Sad, sad!

Re: abercorey –

Re: abercorey – "He had only managed to visit half of the places recommended in his book."
He looks like Gary Busey, poor dude.
who the fuck is this guy to tell me what to do before i die.
if i wrote a book telling him to wear a helmet everyday, would he have?
no. so fuck him!
…….good book though.
can you say tmz 3 hours ago? just sayin…………….
Re: abercorey – lol…It's very sad, but funny indeed.
The 1,000 Places to Visit Before You Die is much more popular. I've never even heard of this guy!
Creepy!
i think in memory of dave, we should all go out and buy his book. then we'll all meet in one location and travel to all the places. that way we can all keep each other accountable to complete this task before we all kick the bucket. who's with me?!
*crickets*
anyone?
*crickets*
we could all have a great big daisy chain….
Re: abercorey – OMG!!!! You're so BAD!!!
aww thats too sad…
LOL… but that is funny 2.
Re: HeebieJeebie –
serves him right to put his name on a book he hasnt even followed through with!!!! lol im going to hell I know this..
THAT SUCKS.
Maybe they should publish a book called "50 things to do before you die".
You know, just in case you die.
I'm just saying.
sad but at least he got have way….
Sad, but I admit it, terribly funny. Irony at it's finest.
how ironic
Re: ChineseDickFingers – I am laughing my ass off over here…
yeah this is tragic mate.
Re: Alysa01 – sorry i ment half way…
Pretty ironic really
while i do respect the dead, and im sure he was a great man, do we really need to know when every random with a small claim to fame dies? it is a tradgedy when ANYONE dies, but i mean… come one.
ugh whatever. i need a dildo and some vodka.
Re: abercorey – I'll probably see you there!!
Eeek that's a cruel twist of fate…
Save the Joshua Trees from pollution and land development!
Re: HAMphetamine – "He looks like Gary Busey, poor dude."

Not for long
Re: Spleja – what the fuck….
Ooooooo Ironic.
I wish people would stop coming up with bucket lists before their time. People have lived full lives without ever seeing Stonehedge or Strawberry Fields in person or skydiving, so quit recommending things for us to do and see for the rest of our lives and live your own damned lives. This poor joker only got to do half of what he recommended, so he couldn't even die up to his own expectations.
Re: ChineseDickFingers – tooooo f'n funny
Re: llllllllll – tooo funny!
oii that's so ironic
So he wrote this book and didn't even do half of the things listed in it? Lame.
May he rest in peace!
Re: KayKay!!! – What? Do you see those trees behind him in the picture? Mhmmmm
any guys want to see a pic of my privates?
That's what you call tragic comedy. Shakespeare couldn't have written it any better.
Well now, there's a bit of tragic irony.
" Hey, I'm going out to do number 51 on my list. I'll be back in about…."
Clunk.
thats rele sad =[
holy crap, i thought this was a joke, but how awful! so young and how prophetic considering he didn't complete everything in his book!
reminds me to live the best i can every day even if i don't finish the laundry, forget my car keys for the 1,000th time, or get a lukewarm Starbuck's capp.
*sighs* life is so short these days.
"Oh shit! I haven't seen the Leaning Tower of Pisa!" *CRACK*
"only managed to visit half of the places recommended"
and only half of His life lived! Very sad!!
Ironic much?
Thats soo sad!!! I hope he got to the end of his list!!!
RIP
O' the irony… RIP.
