We've just about lost count of all the arrests and troubles with the law that rapper DMX is facing.
And that's just this past year alone!
DMX was arrested in late August for being a no show at a previously scheduled court appearance in Arizona.
Then, in June he was arrested twice, within the same week, in Miami. Once for attempting to purchase cocaine and marijuana during a narcotics sting. The other time was for an outstanding arrest warrant for having no valid driver's license.
Now, the jail-friendly rapper has angered a Florida judge.
The reason?
DMX started to curse after he was refused bail.
The rapper was in a Miami-Dade court on Wednesday, facing drug possession charges. Though he was probably thinking he'd be released on bail.
However, the request was refused and the judge sent DMX back to jail for another month.
To that, DMX responded with, "I ain't going back to no fucking jail."
While most people are probably thinking that, you shouldn't really say it out loud in court.
And to his remark, the judge responded with, "Oh, well that just ingratiated you to me."
Ha!
Poor DMX. Whether he likes it or not, he's going to be spending a lot of time in jail.

LoL…funny story. I've cussed at the judge before. I have to side with DMX on this one. Why the fuck bite your tongue, if you're still gonna get the book thrown at you? FUCK FLORIDA LAWS AND STATE STATUTES!! (Florida is where I got convicted. Not referring to DMX's court drama.)

1. It pisses off the judge (who can raise bail, and/or impose contempt of court).
2. Expressions of anger, hostility and arrogance can seem like a threat to those in the courtroom (whether threats were made, or not)…and, can get the defendant shot.
3. It can be a deciding factor for parole and/or probation.

I work at a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale and DMX and some of his entourage which consisted of a couple of moochers that were drunk and f*cked up on pills and coke 24/7 stayed there for over a week till they got kicked out because his entourage trashed the hotel room. DMX was actually a really nice guy. The problem is like most cases….he's hanging with the wrong crowd.
First off the short guy in the wife beater trying to look tough is hella funny secondly could someone hand DMX a rope so he could hang himself geez this is horrible.
