I paid 500 dollars for a ticket to see Madonna in Las Vegas during DWT. Yes it was alot of money and I would not pay that to see any other person. The opportunity of a life time came to me and I jumped on it. Each dollar was worth it. DWT was AMAZING! Streistand and Cher etc…they have earned the right to charge 300 bucks. MIND YOU TICKETS GO UP IN PRICE BECAUSE OF THE VENUES. The artist has to pay almost half to the venue. Did you know that venues get part of the cash on T-Shirt sales, etc…YEAH….so If you want to cash in on your own show…prices go up.

Neither one of them is taking into consideration that their prices are leaving a lot of fans without an opportunity to attend their concerts. Granted, it is the promoters who decide the pricing of tickets, however, the artist still has a lot of say so in it. And as for Miley having younger fans, well, it is the parents of these tweens who are funding the admission price. Those parents should be within the same age range as the bulk of Madonna's fan base, and also within the same earning potential. I don't think either one of them should be charging that much. It's gross.
