Duchovny Enters Rehab…For SEX Addiction!

Wow. Guess some dudes really are too horny!
David Duchovny has entered a facility to treat his sexual compulsion.
His wife of 10 years, actress Tea Leoni, is sticking with him, it seems like.
The actor released a statement saying, "I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction. I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family."
This one's tough to wrap our big fat head around.

wow. He is one of my favorite actors, and one that I've had a crush on since I started watching the X-files like way back in middle school. I've recently become a HUGE fan of Californication. I've joked with friends that if he was like his character in real life I'd hunt him down and satisfy his needs, now that it turns out he really kinda is like his character, Hank, I feel sad. Poor Tea…I wonder how long this has been going on….I wonder if his character in Californication sparked any of those desires.

As a Duchovny fan, I think I kinda suspected this for a while. There have been too many comments in articles, especially from his co-stars in the past. Gillian ANderson once said he was like "catnip to women". That's a pretty bizarre comment from your co-star, don't you think? Its weird, but its not gonna stop me from liking him.

I've heard for years that he cheats on his wife left and right. The sex addiction makes sense. However, it's really strange how he would admit this to the media out of the blue. I'm willing to bet there's either some pictures, blackmail, or something prompting him to go public. Why else would he?? It's not like this is good publicity.
