We're waiting for Michael Lohan's next pop at his daughter Lindsay and her g.f. saMAN Ronson.
According to reports, LezLo skipped her grandfather's wake in Long Island this weekend to shop and hang out in Manhattan with saMAN.
We assume Daddy Lohan had his paparazzi partners in the bushes at the wake waiting for LezLo so they could capture some bankable shots.
Do you think Lindz should've showed up to pay respects, even if her fame-whore dad probably would've made it a spectacle?

I agree with her decision not to go. She can always go there alone to mourn him quietly. If she goes, her "father" (I use the term VERY loosely) is just going to make a huge statement to the press again and try to get himself back into the media limelight. I have no problem whatsoever that she chose not to attend her grandfather's wake. Perhaps they did not have a close relationship, or she simply wanted to avoid the media circus. It's a shame how other people's actions can force one into a situation they otherwise wouldn't have made. Lindsay's father prevented her from going. On one hand she could have went and suffered the words of her father but if she talked to her grandpa in heaven and told him why she couldn't go, I'm sure he would understand. I agree. People can mourn the loss of someone from a far. Her grandfather's spirit is no longer in his body, funerals are more for the living more than the dead. There was a possibility of a lot of family drama if she attended the wake and her father was there. To bring chaos to a funeral is even more disrespectful than not going at all, no one there needs the extra grief. Her outfit reflects that she might not be of sound mind now anyway..
