People are missing the point, you cannot blame the parents for the fact the kids are getting pregnant. Some girls do this on purpose for whatever reason, as a parent you can provide your child with all the tools to succeed but it does not mean they will. This largely boils down to personality types.. some kids are very easily directed and will listen to the rules and will take the straight and narrow path.. other kids are rebellious period.
It's not inherently either mother's fault.
