They're buff and they don't stay that way by sitting at home and having BBQs!
Texas boys Lance Armstrong and Mateo McConogay took part in the Human 10k race in Austin this past weekend.
Lance was all in yellow - the color of his Livestrong foundation - even though everyone was wearing red.
And Matthew brought along gal pal Camila and their new son Levi.

babies love to be in slings when they are that little, they are close to mama and can feel her warmth and hear her breathing and heartbeat just like they did in the womb! I like that she takes the baby with her instead of leaving him home with a nanny! They are a cool laid back family=)

at least camilla is not one of those stroller nazi's that run everyone over and take up half the elevator with all the baby crap they take everywhere. Good for her for keeping her baby close and not in a plastic container with a handle, too!

actually saw them racing!!!! Both are great runners…Lance finished at 34 minute for the 6.2 mile race!!!! Matthew was not far behind……it was about 90 degrees outside also!!! Very exciting!!!
omg we were stuck in traffic in ATX FOREVER because of this 10k. ALL of downtown was blocked off. but damn ~ it was some good sightseeing ~ most of the runners had their shirts off and were HAWT. what's up with Mateo not joining in ~ i thought he LOVED showing off those pecs!
