There were a lot of curious Americans!

According to preliminary estimates, Sarah Palin's speech at the Republican National Convention on Wednesday night scored a higher rating than Hillary Clinton and 'in some cases' higher than Barack Obama.

Yup, more peeps watched the governor from Alaska than Hills!

The preliminary numbers show about 37 million households were tuned in to see the GOP's VP candidate speak.

If you missed her address, though, CLICK HERE to check it out!

Be warned: her speech is filled with many many factual inaccuracies.

Update: Wow!!

The final numbers are in and….

Over 40 million people tuned in to watch Sarah Palin - that's almost 2 million more than watched Barack Obama!!!

All this means is that Dems are better informed - I watched the loonie thang and I have no intention of voting mcCain - just confirmed what I was thinking, that she was a horrible choice. lie after lie…

Skanky hypocritical hO-BAG. All she knows how to do is BASH. The whole speech was like a bad high school newspaper. Bash bash bash. Its funny how the Dems are taking the high road, and the repukes are taking the low. Who gives a fuck about Alaska anyway, we should just go up there and drill the fuck out of it. Wasted piece of Ice anyway…

I can't wait for this to be over so A gossip columnist will stop with his political views. No one really cares what you think. I'm going to laugh my butt off when McCain wins. You are in the minority in the way you feel. Do some real research! Where in the world do you get your info? Oh thats right the national enquirer. They even have their gossip before you. Why to go Perez.

Re: Leona$ Gho$t – Thank you!!! Don't know where the gay rumor started, but it was kinda ridiculous.

Re: Alaskexan – I'm so happy to see another Alaskan here. I completely agree with everything you said. Palin's a little too far right for me as well, but she's straight up what-you-see-is-what-you-get, which is so refreshing.

Re: HotTopic – I can't believe the ignorance of most of the Lower 48, about Alaska. We're not a different country, you know. A fair amount of your precious oil comes from Alaska. With the new gas pipeline, I'm sure we'll be inundated with Outsiders trying to get work up here . . . again. Yes, we have gang problems, drug problems, violence problems, etc etc etc. A little education goes a long way, people. That's going to be one of the benefits of Palin's sudden fame - people will perhaps learn a little about their 49th state.

Re: Skratch – Your insulated, back woods, your-family-tree-ain't-got-no-branches ignorance is showing again.

I've got to say I love all the comments talking about how she has no experience… are you kidding me? I governer that has ran a state cannot run for VICE president of our country but some guy who hasn't even served a full senate team can run for PRESIDENT and that's okay? Come on now, that excuse doesn't even make sense

    19. 319

Go McCAIN/PALIN 08!!!! John McCain knows on a most personal level what it is to suffer horrible torture for years and to see others die, right in front of you,
for their love of America. When you ask him about it, he will tell you
that what he did was "nothing special". Even more incredibly, he states
that ANY American who truly loves his country would do exactly the same as
he did in that situation……Go McCAIN/PALIN

    20. 320

Senator Barack HUSSEIN Obama is all talk — glib talk, exciting talk, confident talk, but still just talk….go MCCAIN/PALIN
