According to the Hollywood Reporter, NBC has given a Wonder Years writer/producer a pilot deal to do an 80's version of the Wonder Years!
The show is called Lost in the 80's and is described as Fast Times at Ridgemont High meets The Ice Storm.
What do y'all think?

The Wonder Years was one of the best shows ever created. I hope with a new series, that they'd have quality writing again and not just a bunch of schtick with canned laughter. It needs to be poignant and not gimicky and trashy. And ya, it needs a better title than Lost in the 80's. Sounds too cheesy.
