Shannen Doherty actually has some love for one of her former 90210 co-stars.
She revealed to reporters in NY on Thursday night that she's a Brian Austin Green fan and wishes he could be part of the spinoff:
"Oh gosh, Brian Austin Green! I adore Brian, and Brian and I have always had a really good, strong relationship. The only thing about bringing him to 90210 is that I wouldn't want him not on The Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. He is so good and it's one of my favorite shows. So I want him back really badly, but at the same time, I love watching that show and I love watching him in it."
Is Megan Fox's man paying Brenda big bucks to say such nice things about him?

I actually watched 90210 last night, nice drama filled show. i was actually disturbed of how skinny these girls were! and that the main girl (forget name) was only eating a tiny side salad at lunch!

Wow - Shannen has been winning me over with her comments lately. First, taking the high road with Tori and her book (I have nothing against Tori, necessarily, but I thought it was big of Shannen not to coment), next, handling working with Jennie again with such aplomb (and vice versa - they both are acting professional, which is sadly, not very common), and now supporting Brian and giving props to both him and his new show. Good for her. It seems she really has grown up; not an easy thing to do in the public eye. I hope the spin-off takes off, so they can afford better writers and to bring back the old crew. And, for the Love of all that is HOLY, get Shenae (sp?!) to TONE it the EF DOWN. Her over the top perkiness and tickiness borders looking Tourrettesish; I still cringe when I think of her try-out for the chorus …
The more original characters, the better. There's nothing soapy for people in their 30's to watch right now. I'd love some 90210 old-school style!!

Aw I love that Shannen has nice things to say about Brian. I'm sure it's because she and Brian both share the same mutual feelings towards Jennie and the girls. Brian doesn't talk to any of them because of the way they treated Vanessa Marcil. I think Brian has gotten way to cocky, and I don't really care to see him or Tori, I actually just want more Brenda, way way more Brenda on 90210 (4 episodes?) and maybe Brandon, but not Dylan either if it's just to reunite Dylan and soulmate Kelly.
